Whether the event is for 8 people or 400, every event is different. Our Restaurant’s Private Dining Room seats up to 28 people. Combined with additional an additional section of our dining room or patio you can host up to 75 people. Bistro 127 Catering knows how to insure all of the details are planned for. We cater offsite at your home, business, or banquet hall.

At your business we can cater events from 10 people to 400.

We bring everything to you. We will also cater in your home whether its 10 people or 100. We are experienced with dinner, Christmas, and engagement parties.

Bistro 127 partners with Warehouse 18 for events from 50 to 500 people.

We specialize in wedding receptions, Christmas parties, class reunions, proms or formal dances, fundraiser dinners or lunches and the list goes on.  Paired with Bistro 127, Warehouse 18 is the ideal industrial-chic space for your formal or casual event.

Two Course Silver Options Buffet or Plated:

These are Examples:

Mixed Greens Salad w/ tomato, cucumber, parmesan, carrot, buttermilk ranch & citrus vinaigrette or
Caesar Salad w/ romaine, house crostini, tomato, parmesan, house caesar dressing
Choice of two entrées. Options include:

  • Pan Fried or Roasted Chicken Breasts w/ choice of sauce; herb marinade, creamy picatta, mushroom marsala, red pepper compound butter, orzo pilaf, & roasted mixed vegetable
  • Creole Shrimp & Grits: sweet white shrimp w/ chipotle cream, kielbasa, & mushrooms served over cheese NC stone ground grits.
  • Bolognese Lasagna with local beef meat sauce, herb béchamel, mozzarella, parmesan, & provolone cheeses
  • Dry Rubbed Pork Loin w/ apricot demiglace or other selection of sauce, choice of starch, & vegetable

Two Course Gold Options Buffet or Plated:

  • Ribeye Steak w/ brandy demiglace or creamy horseradish
  • Apple Cider Brined Pork Tenderloin with apple butter cream sauce or Coriander Crusted w/ cumin cream sauce

Two Course Platinum Options Buffet or Plated:

Spinach & Arugula Salad w/ fresh berries, chevres, peacans & almonds, citrus vinaigrette or
Caesar Salad w/ romaine, applewood bacon lardons, house crostini, parmesan, house Caesar dressing
Choice of two entrées. Options include:

  • Seared Halibut w/ couscous & curried confit of red bell pepper & sweet onion
  • Pepper Crusted Beef Tenderloin w/ brandy demiglace, roasted maple broccoli, scalloped potatoes
